Carton Boxes

Regular Slotted Carton

The most common box style. Highly efficient design for many applications. All flaps are the same length, and the two outer flaps (normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container's width, so that meet at the center of the box when closed.

Over Flap Slotted Carton

All flaps have the same length and the outer flaps overlap by one inch or more. The box is easily closed, either with adhesives or frequently with staples driven through the overlap area. The sealed overlap helps to keep the outer flaps from pulling apart.

Half Slotted Carton

A carton with only one set pf flaps on the bottom. The HSC is an open top box and can be used where open top bins are required for temporary periods after which the boxes can be flat, stored or disposed of as required.

FOL Slotted Carton

Flaps are the same length (approximately the width of the box). When closed, the outer flaps come within one inch of complete overlap.

CSS Carton

Inner and outer flaps are cut to different lengths. Both pairs of flaps meet at the center of the box. The style is especially strong because both the top and bottom have double the thickness of corrugated board. The inner flaps, with no gap, provide a level base for the product.

Integral Divider Carton

This is a self-divided box. It is a regular slotted container but with a pre-glued internal divider.

Telscopic Carton

Telescopic boxes consist of a separate top, or top and bottom that fit over each other or a separate body. They can be produced in a number of enjoined or pre-glued styles and configurations.

Folders

One or more pieces of combined board provide an unbroken surface and are scored to fold around the product. The most common is a one-piece folder, where one piece of board is cut so that it provides a flat bottom, flaps that form the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps that meet to form the top.

Wraparound Blank

An enjoined wraparound blank is formed into a box by folding it tightly around a rigid product. The positioning of the product, folding and sealing are performed by automatic equipment.

Roll End Tray

The Roll End Tray (RET) is an efficient, durable, and highly versatile tray style — ideal for shipping craft beer, cider, soda, and other types of canned and bottled products. RETs feature a double layer of corrugated on the ends for a clean, attractive look.

Sleeve

Complement your usual paper or cardboard boxes with these exquisite and artistic sleeves. The sleeve can act as a lid or as an extra and stylish cover for totally closed plain boxes. The box can be easily slide in these sleeves to be called a Sleeve Box. Another unique way of presenting chocolates, candies as well as ball points and key chains.

Straight Tuck End

Sometime abbreviated as the STE, our straight tuck end boxes are the right choice for any array of products in which a primary display panel and spacious window is required.

Tuck Top Auto Bottom

Tuck top auto bottom is tuck top closure with automatic bottom closure, the top lid comes with friction lock and bottom is easy to assemble by squeeze and box pops into shape with bottom locked close. It’s suitable for broad range of relatively light products and commonly used for custom food boxes and medical boxes.
